Scotland 2012: Rolling Green Hills and Edinburgh

We spent only two days in Scotland, but all the same, Edinburgh has earned itself a travel honor: my favorite city in the world (of which I’ve been blessed enough to visit up to this point in my life). There’s everything naturally beautiful about it. Rolling green hills on the roads winding inward and from the observatory, its full offerings delight the eyes and the soul: the ocean in the distance, the mountains in another distance, and the pristine architecture of the buildings all throughout. There are castles, a Royal Mile, (free) wonderfully preserved museums, and kilts and bagpipes galore.

*I should probably try to look decent when I travel for a wider range presentable photos, eh? 😉Image
